Upgrit organic ghee is a clarified butter, made from organic cow's milk. Ghee is a very pure form of clarified butter that is perfect for baking and cooking and adds a rich flavor to your favorite dish. Ghee tastes like butter but with a caramelized taste. Butter with a lightly toasted, nutty and sweet undertone.

Ghee is super stable to fry in as it can be heated up to 250 degrees without burning and the nutritional quality deteriorating.
