NOW Magnesium flakes are made from 100% pure magnesium chloride. These magnesium flakes originate from the ancient Zachstein seabed in the Netherlands. It is one of the world's cleanest, underground springs that we have left today.

For external use only. If you have a medical condition or are taking medications, consult a doctor before use. Avoid contact with eyes.
Dosage Foot bath: Dissolve about 2.4 dl. Flake in about 3.8 liters of warm water, wait 20-30 minutes before starting the foot bath. Rinse off your feet after bathing.
Dosage bathtub: Dissolve about 9.4 dl. Flakes in a tub filled with hot water, wait 20-30 minutes before starting bathing. After bathing, rinse off the body.
