NORDBO Pure Zinc is an all-round zinc with three types of chelated zinc with high bioavailability: zinc bisglycinate, zinc picolinate and zinc malate. Zinc bisglycinate means that zinc has been bound to the amino acid glycine, in zinc picolinate zinc has been bound to picolinic acid and in zinc malate zinc has been bound to malic acid.

Pure Zink contributes to the function of the immune system, cell renewal, reduced oxidative stress in the cells, normal bone structure and normal quality of skin, hair and nails.

In the diet we mostly get zinc from meat, dairy products, whole grains and nuts. The bioavailability is higher in animal foods, as absorption is promoted by animal protein. One capsule per day, taken at any time of the day. Preferably taken with a meal. The capsule can be opened and the contents mixed with any liquid. (Avoid hot liquids, as they can destroy the nutrient content.) The recommended dose should not be exceeded
