By using a Korean moisturizing toner like Mung Bean Balancing Toner, the skin will receive maximum moisture. Using a moisturizer after the toner will lock in the moisture provided by the toner.

Use:
Apply after cleansing in the morning and evening with a cotton pad or press the product into the skin with your hands. Massage into the entire face for better absorption. Avoid the eye and mouth area. Always apply sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher as part of your morning routine.
