Use:
Apply generously 30 minutes before sun exposure to the sun. Reapply after heavy sweating or swimming and toweling off. Avoid direct sunlight around midday, even with protection against UV radiation. Protection against sunlight is significantly reduced if you use too little sunscreen. Avoid excessive sunbathing. Keep infants and young children out of direct sunlight. Even sunscreens with a high sun protection factor do not provide complete protection against UV rays.
