Facial cupping reduces puffiness, diminishes wrinkles and lines, increases lip fullness, improves the absorption of skin care products and relaxes muscle tension. In cupping, a suction cup is used to create a light vacuum between the cup and your skin. Cupping sessions are supposed to be repeated a couple of times a week for about a month, after which the skin is allowed to rest before a new treatment cycle. Package includes 2 silicone cups: the smaller cup is for the areas around your eyes and lips, and the larger cup is for the other areas of your face. Detailed instructions inside the package.

Thoroughly clean the area of skin to be treated. Apply facial oil or cream to facilitate the movement of the cups.

Lips can be treated with small cupping by creating suction points.

Start the gliding cupping from the chin, sliding the larger cup along the jawline towards the ear. Continue gliding cupping on the cheeks, moving upwards from the center of the face towards the ear and temple.

When you reach the eye area, switch to the smaller cup. Gently glide the cup from the inner corner of the lower eyelid towards the eyebrows. Below the eyebrows, glide the cup from the center outward. The skin around the eyes is sensitive, so start with gentle cupping in this area. Spot cupping is also suitable for the eye area.

Treat the forehead by switching back to the larger cup. Glide it from the center of the forehead upwards and outwards towards the hairline.

Once the face is treated, glide the larger cup a few times from the temple downwards along the face's edges to the collarbones.

Finish by treating the neck and décolletage: For the neck, you can use spot cupping on lines or glide the larger cup gently from top to bottom. For the décolletage, glide the cup from the collarbone outward.

The treatment activates the skin's circulation, so redness after the treatment is normal. If bruises appear on the skin, the cups may have been held in place for too long. To avoid bruising, keep the cups in place for a shorter time. The treatment should not feel uncomfortable – light suction is sufficient.

Do not use cupping massage:
• On babies or small children.
• On areas with skin conditions, open wounds, moles, or genital areas.
• If you are taking medication that affects blood clotting, such as anticoagulants, aspirin-containing medications, platelet function-affecting medications, or systemic corticosteroids.
• If you have a blood disorder, bleeding disorder, or anemia.
• On areas with hernias, swollen areas, sprains, or other recent injuries.
• If you have a fever, weakness, or symptoms of an inflammatory disease.
• If you have severe diabetes.
• If you have cancer, heart failure, other arterial or heart disease, or another serious illness.
• Use cautiously on fibromyalgia patients.
• Consult a doctor if you are unsure about the suitability of the product.
