Not what I expected
When I opened the palette box, there was random white square of plastic in the middle of the palette.

1. Log in to your user account
2. Click the MY PAGES icon
3. Select Order History
4. Click on the order number where you wish to register a complaint
5. Click the COMPLAINT icon
6. Enter number of items and the reason for the complaint in the text box under the selected item
7. To speed up the complaint process, you can upload a photo of the actual damage/reason for the complaint under UPLOAD PHOTOS
8. Confirm by clicking SEND
